Application

A spare part for the header of the CLAAS combine.

Destination

This component serves for connecting the shaft of the wobble box to the pulley of the belt drive.
This spare part is used for replacing a worn out or damaged part during repairs.

Properties

The housing of the pulley is made of cast iron by means of moulding molten metal. Pulleys are milled in the internal opening for coupling it with the outlet of the eccentric shaft.
On the flange part 4 threaded M10 holes are made for fixing the pulley. For its rigid fixation on the shaft, pads for the bolt are made in the narrow part of the housing.
